Raw materials are melted and refined in our 15-ton borosilicate electric furnace using advanced cold-top technology. This energy-efficient and environmentally friendly process achieves complete melting and clarification at controlled temperatures.

Our 24-head blow molding machine shapes the molten glass into customized glassware using interchangeable molds. Each mold can be tailored to produce different sizes and shapes, allowing flexible production of diverse product lines.

Glassware passes through a three-stage annealing kiln at 575°C to relieve internal stresses. This critical process ensures the finished products have uniform strength, durability, and resistance to thermal shock.

State-of-the-art fully automated laser cutting equipment precisely removes the cap and finishes the rim. This ensures consistent cup height, smooth and rounded rims, and a polished edge across every piece.

Every piece undergoes thorough manual inspection. Approved glassware is wrapped with protective paper spacing to prevent scratches during internal transport, then carefully palletized and stored in our warehouse ready for shipment.
